We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order for returns that fall outside of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. To initiate a return, you must contact us within this timeframe.
For approved returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipment label to use when sending the item back.

Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Where a product is found to have a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor faults, we may offer a repair or replacement.
Change of Mind & Other Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
The following items are not eligible for return due to change of mind:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food products)
- Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
European Union – Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@apollonutraceuticals.com.au.
If a return is assessed and not approved for a refund, you may request to have the product returned to you. An additional postage and handling fee may apply.
