Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the usual 3-5 business days, or your tracking has not updated, email us with your order number so we can look into it.

Return shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
